Q. What does UMS mean ?

A. UMS is a standard measurement system for Acid Free Board.
       Instead of using weight, gsm (Grams per square Meter) UMS system uses Thickness. Therefore 1000UMS is 1mm thick, 1800UMS 1.8mm thick etc.

Q. Can I save my cart and retrieve it later on ?

A. Yes. To save your cart Click on "VIEW" Cart. Then At the bottom right side of this page you will have an option to Save Your Cart.
  To retrieve a saved Cart - Once you have "Logged ON" an Icon will appear at the top of the main page, "My Saved Carts". Click on the Icon and you can retrieve any saved Carts.
  PS. You must first "Log On" before the "My Saved Carts: Icon will appear.

Q. Why do I lose my order after leaving my computer for a while ?

A. We have a built in security system that resets every hour, which simply means "If no activity is detected the system will reset after 60 mins."
  To avoid the loss of an order we strongly advise customers to save their carts as described above, especially if you need to leave your PC for a period of time.

Q. How long does it take to recieve my order once I have submitted ?

A.  Actually we pride ourselves on the fast turn around of our orders. Generally all orders are processed within 2 - 3 days and then time must be allowed for postage, which, depending on your whereabouts, varies
      from overnight to 3-4 days.

Q. Why do I have to "Log On" to see prices ?

A.  We specifically designed the web site this way for a purpose.
   The General Public are unable to see "Your Prices" when they visit. They in fact see no prices whatsoever. This way you can safely send them to the website to make their selections. We DO NOT sell to the
   General Public so they have to come back to you to make their purchase.
     With over 5000 products and growing we don't expect you to be able to stock all 5000 products, we find it easier on you the Wholesaler to be able to send your customer to the web site and thus the
    customer can choose from the entire range.
    PS. Wholesalers that use this system have reported huge sales increases.
